Welcome to "MBTI Insights" (the "App"), developed and operated by Beijing Rixuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").
These Terms form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a personality-test and interpretation tool based on publicly known models such as MBTI. Core features include taking the test, computing your personality type, viewing free and paid reports, and generating/sharing/saving a personality card.
The App runs entirely on-device, requires no account, and stores all data locally.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it for any activity that violates laws or harms others' rights, including decompiling, cracking, tampering with, or circumventing the payment mechanism of the App.
All intellectual property in the App and its content (including questions, report text, UI design, icons, illustrations, and trademarks) belongs to us or the respective rights holders and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or use it commercially without written permission. A personality card you generate and save/share is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; revisions are posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use and uninstalling the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by the competent court at our place of domicile.
