Somna Sleep Sounds — Terms of Use

1. The App

Somna Sleep Sounds ("Somna", "the app") is developed and published by Beijing Rixuan Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The app provides ambient sounds, sound mixing, and a sleep timer for relaxation and sleep.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its content.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Somna offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Somna Premium") that unlock the full sound library and unlimited mixing. The following terms apply:

• Plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscriptions are available. The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Price: Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time. The exact price is displayed on the purchase screen.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge: Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

If you start the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid Annual subscription and your Apple Account will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, software, audio, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its content.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Somna is intended for relaxation and is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. If you have sleep or health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different mandatory law applies in your country of residence.
